About Us
Our History
Our founders recognize the invaluable leadership traits honed by competitive sports. Traits like teamwork, resilience, and work ethic are critical for athletic achievement. Our founders also recognize that for many Americans, competitive sports enable access to advanced educational opportunities and upward social mobility. Unfortunately, as youth athletics become increasingly selective, the financial cost to compete often serves as an inequitable barrier to advancement.
That is why we founded On The Ball Advancement Corp in 2020. We recognize the life-changing path to prosperity that higher education provides and we understand that extracurricular excellence increases the likelihood for collegiate admissions. Exposure is critical for athletic advancement and while most colleges offer scholarship opportunities, the programs required for collegiate exposure do not. Our goal is to remove the inequitable financial burden of tuition costs for student-athletes and enable them to reach their full potential.
We're proud to sponsor an additional 15 students across 7 different high schools for the upcoming 2023-2024 academic school year!
Our Services
We provide financial assistance to students accepted to private high schools for extracurricular activities. Our primary sponsorship has been student-athletes, but we sponsor students seeking excellence and advancement in all extracurriculars (e.g., music, art, theatre).

Our Future
Each year, On The Ball Advancement grows in applications and sponsorship. We are excited to continue our growth to support as many students as possible. Our vision for the future includes partnerships with national institutions, expansion into fields of additional extracurricular activities, and sustained continuous operations for all students in need.
